George Jeffrey Children’s Foundation was pleased to receive a recent donation of $3,000 from the India Canada Association of Thunder Bay.  The association officially formed in 1974 and is standing strong today with approximately 100 members. Each year the organization holds their annual Indian Night Dinner fundraiser. Gentle George from George Jeffrey Children’s Foundation joined children, families, friends, teachers and support workers for the 2nd Annual Walk with Me for Autism Awareness on Saturday, October 5th, 2013.  Participants braved the cold weather and walked around Boulevard Lake wearing bright blue shirts to help spread awareness about ASD.
