We were so happy to celebrate the launch of the 23rd Annual Parade of Lights on November 2 with our Parade Marshal Freya Decourte-Martin, a 6-year-old client of George Jeffrey Children's Centre who will be in the lead parade vehicle this year!
The Parade of Lights will take place on Saturday, December 10th starting at 7pm, and will once again have a sensory-free section along the parade route.
Supporting this great event is even easier than ever! Bring your change to deliver to the volunteer parade walkers, or send an e-transfer today to paradeoflightstb@gmail.com.
We are currently looking for volunteer parade walkers to help collect donations from the crowd during the parade. Volunteers must be 16 or older to participate.
The Parade of Lights supports four wonderful charities in our community: George Jeffrey Children's Foundation, Autism Ontario - Thunder Bay Branch, Special Olympics Thunder Bay, and Thunder Bay Therapeutic Riding Association! Your supports helps us all serve thousands of children in our community every year!
