Share your expertise! George Jeffrey Children's Foundation (GJCF) is looking for experienced community leaders to join our Board of Directors. GJCF assists in raising the necessary funds to ensure that George Jeffrey Children's Centre is able to impact the lives of children in our community and throughout Northwestern Ontario who are living with physical, developmental, and social needs. We invite applications from individuals who are interested in becoming a member of the Board of Directors. Parents and/or relatives, friends of George Jeffrey Children's Centre clients and interested community members who have a passion for kids and knowledge of the services are encouraged to apply. Interested parties are to submit their cover letter along with a resume. Your cover letter should demonstrate the following: Your background; any previous board experience; business interests; fundraising experience; relevant career experience; and reasons for wanting to join The Board. Successful applicants will be expected to assume leadership roles, participate as a team player, and contribute to the ongoing development GJCF.
